Silambarasan hurts leg during song shoot!

Silambarasan hurt his leg joint while shooting for a song for his upcomming movie Silambattam. While performing a dance sequence under dance master Ashok Rajan for the movie Silambattam, the movements involved Simbu to neel and get up on his knees a couple of times for the fast beats of the song. On the third take for the dance movement, Silambarasan hurt his leg joint and was rushed to the hospital. He is undergoing treatment and is on the road to recovery.

Silambattam with Silambarasan will have Sana Khan in the lead role. Silambattam will have two heroines Sana Khan and Sneha. Cameraman Saravanan is doing his directorial debut in Silambattam. Cinematography is by R. Madhi and Yuvan Shankar Raja, the favorite music director of Silambarasan, has been roped in for the film ‘Silambattam’.

Silambarsan has been the highlight of the media recently with him meeting Mayor Ron Stevens and council prior to touring the city of Orilla in Canada for the shooting of his next movie Pooda Poodi. It was also widely rumored that Varalakshmi, daughter of actor Sarath Kumar will debut opposite to Silambarasan in this film. Sarath Kumar in one of his blogs has clarified that this is not so.
