The audio of Vishal- Nayanthara action entertainer Sathyam, which has music by Harris Jayaraj has gone for a record price. The audio has been snapped up by the fastest growing label in Tamil cinema Ayngaran Music. The Telugu versionSalute rights has gone to Aditya.
Sathyam is Harris Jayaraj’s 25th film and he is said to have made a different tune for the film. There are five songs in the film, an introduction song for Vishal and four duets which are melodious and peppy.
Says a visibly happy Vishal: “Harris has taken special care over the back ground score which is in sync with the theme of the film. The songs are going to be a major highlight of the film and the audio is likely to be released on July 17 or 18 in Chennai.”
Vishal also said that “the hottest song in Kollywood” on a fantasy set designed by Thottatharani and picturised on Nayan and Vishal in a very sensous way has been canned by ace cameraman R.D Rajasekhar.
Harris has used a soft lilting and erotic tune for the song sung by Madhu Balakrishnan (Indian pace bowler Sreesanth’s brother-in-law, and a famous singer in Malayalam films) and Bombay Jayashree.
Kuselan was supposed to be released during 1st of Aadi, but due to internal turmoil the release date is postponed and is expected to hit the screens by first week of August.

Simran is acting in a movie titled Cheval. Bharath is doing the lead role and his pair is Poonam Bajwa who has just now entered Kollywood from Telugu.
Simran has a pair called Prem and according to the director Hari of the movie, aunty Simran is just married and he arranged for a first night setup in a house near Thenkasi.
Simran was specially dressed for the first night scene and Hari made Poonam to sit in a corner of the room and made her to watch. As its First Night, the director arranged the shooting after 10 pm and the shooting went on till next day early hours.
After watching the shooting, innocent girl Poonam said that with the help of Hari, she learnt what First Night is!
The Vijay- Nayanthara action entertainer Villu, directed by Prabhu Deva is making brisk progress. Last week, during the nights, action scenes were canned for the film in and arond the busy streets of Chennai.

They struck an accord with the middle class audience in Thavamai Thavamirunthu. Now the lead pair of this movie, Cheran and Padmapriya are back to weave their magic once again with the audience. Pokkisham will be produced by Nemichand Jhabak and V Hitesh Jhabak.
There were talks about romance between Cheran and Padmapriya during Thavamai Thavamirunthu. It was rumoured that Padmapriya was virtually living out of Cheran’s T Nagar office and the joke was that she was trying to teach Cheran how to browse the net and also send e-mail!

Director Vishnuvardhan’s next movie is Sarvam. Arya and Trisha form the lead in Sarvam. Chakravarthy is villain in this movie. The Sarvam movie is produced by ayngaran international and Sarvam will be directed by Vishnuvardhan. Vishnuvardhan, after giving hits like Arindhum Ariyamalum, Pattiyal, and Billa, has now written an action-packed story for Arya.
The great legends Rajinikanth and Kamal Hassan will be urged to appear in a movie together based on Saint Thomas. Vijay, Ajith and Vikram are also expected to appear in guest roles in this movie. The movie to be funded by the government of Canada, and the Vatican is expected to match Hollywood big-budget movies such as Ben Hur and the Ten Commandments in budget and quality. The film would initially be made in Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi and later dubbed into various other languages, including English and French.
The film was launched by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi during the feast of St Thomas at Saint Thomas Cathedral, Chennai.
