Varanam Aayiram Audio Release on Sep 24

“The audio of Vaaranam Aayiram is being launched on September 24th at Sathyam Cinemas”, says a spokesperson of Photon Factory, one of the producers of the film. Sony-BMG, has signed a record deal with producer V. Ravichandran for the audio rights of this Surya starrer.

It is the most awaited audio in recent times and is Harris 26th album. Those who heard the numbers from the album say that the songs rock. Harris is in splendid form especially the retro 60’s type song Mundhinam Parthene… picturised on Surya and Simran and the song Adiye Kolluthey.. both potential chartbusters.

These two songs will be premiered at the audio launch and all the cast and crew of the film will be present at the function.

Says Harris to Sify.com: ” I share a great rapport with Gautham. A music director and director must have great chemistry if good songs have to evolve and Vaaranam Aayiram numbers are picturised beautifully by Gautham”.

Has Ajith approved Gautham Menon’s script?

The buzz is getting bigger as Ajit is being paired up with Gautham Menon in Sivaji productions new film.

The shoot of the film is likely to start in November, as Sivaji productions are very particular of an April 14, 2009 release.

Gautham had narrated a one-line script, which Ajit is said to have asked for some modifications. The writer-director is said to be re-writing the script, as Ajit is very keen to start work on the film in the first week of November.

Meanwhile there have been reports that Gautham is starting a Telugu film with Mahesh Babu, a police story to be produced by UTV. The picture gets hazy as the shoot of this film is also likely to start in January!

At the same time Sivaji Productions, a very professional outfit is pushing Ajit and Gautham to make an official announcement and launch the project.

Let us hope that there are no major hiccups in the offering, as Ajit and Gautham coming together means matinee magic.

Aegan Audio launch on October 2

Ayngaran Films International is busy producing couple of big stars films at the same time: Vijay’s Villu and Ajith’s Aegan. Both the films are directed by brother directors each: Aegan – Raju Sundaram and Villu by Prabhu Deva. Since, releasing both the films would drop in the collections of each other; London Karunaas of Ayngaran Films has decided not to let the films clash. So, Ajith’s Aegan would release for the occasion of Diwali while Villu will hit the screens for Pongal.

According to the closest sources, all the songs tuned by Yuvan Shankar have been churned out well. Earlier, both the duo had swayed together consecutively for the films ‘Dheena’ and ‘Billa’. Audio for the film was supposed to be launched by this month and now it has been postponed to the first week of October. Sarithiram creates a palace

It is known news that the movie 'Sarithiram' is currently going on in full speed. Starring Rajkiran and Aathi in the lead roles, the story is about the evolution of the traditional martial art form of stick fighting known as 'Silambattam'.
